Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels including networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our automation solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales cycle
- Understand client needs and pain points, proposing tailored automation solutions that address their specific challenges
- Manage your sales pipeline effectively and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and share best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging automation technologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS products or AI/automation solutions
- Background in business development or account management
- Understanding of virtual assistant, staffing, or professional services industries
