System Integration

Connect Your Business Apps

Your systems don't talk to each other. Your team fills the gap with manual data entry. There's a better way.

Common Integrations We Build

These are the connections our clients ask for most often. Don't see yours? We can integrate almost anything.

๐Ÿ’ผ

CRM to Accounting

Salesforce, HubSpot โ†’ QuickBooks, Xero

When you close a deal, automatically create an invoice. Keep customer records in sync between sales and finance.

๐Ÿ›’

E-commerce to Everything

Shopify โ†’ Inventory, Accounting, CRM

Orders flow to fulfillment, inventory updates across channels, customer data syncs to your CRM, and revenue hits your books.

๐Ÿ“

Forms to Systems

Website forms โ†’ CRM, Email, Database

Lead captures, applications, or requests automatically create records and trigger workflows in your backend systems.

๐Ÿ“Š

Project Management to Finance

Asana, Monday โ†’ QuickBooks, Harvest

Track project time and automatically generate invoices. Keep budgets in sync with actual hours worked.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

HR Systems Integration

BambooHR โ†’ Payroll, IT, Benefits

New hire info flows to all systems automatically. Terminations trigger offboarding workflows everywhere.

Custom System Connections

Legacy systems, custom databases

Connect that old system everyone thought was impossible to integrate. We find a way even without APIs.

How We Connect Your Systems

Different situations call for different approaches. We pick the right method for your needs.

API Integration

Direct system-to-system connections using official APIs for real-time, reliable data sync.

Best for: Most modern cloud apps

iPaaS Platforms

Tools like Zapier, Make, or Workato for simpler integrations with pre-built connectors.

Best for: Standard integrations between popular apps

Custom Middleware

Purpose-built integration layer for complex data transformations and business logic.

Best for: Complex multi-system workflows

RPA (Screen Automation)

Software robots that interact with applications like a human, for systems without APIs.

Best for: Legacy systems, desktop apps

Popular Integrations

QuickBooks โ†” Shopify

Sync orders, inventory, and customers

Salesforce โ†” QuickBooks

Invoices from closed deals

HubSpot โ†” Xero

Customer and invoice sync

Shopify โ†” ShipStation

Order fulfillment automation

Google Forms โ†” CRM

Lead capture to sales pipeline

Procore โ†” QuickBooks

Construction project billing

Why Connect Your Systems

Eliminate double entry

Enter data once and it flows everywhere. No more typing the same info into multiple systems.

Real-time accuracy

Changes sync instantly. No more wondering if the data in one system matches another.

Automated workflows

Trigger actions across systems. An event in one app can start processes in others.

Better reporting

Combine data from multiple sources for a complete picture of your business.

Reduced errors

Automated data transfer means no typos, missed updates, or copy-paste mistakes.

Time savings

Your team stops being human middleware and focuses on work that matters.

Our Integration Process

1

Map your systems

We document what systems you use, how data should flow, and where the pain points are.

2

Design the integration

We plan how systems will connect, what data syncs, and how to handle edge cases.

3

Build and test

We build the integrations and test thoroughly with sample data before going live.

4

Deploy and monitor

We deploy with monitoring to catch and alert on any sync failures or data issues.

Common Questions

What if my software doesn't have an API?

We have options. We can use RPA (robotic process automation) to interact with the software like a human would, scrape data from screens, parse emails, or work with file exports. There's almost always a way to integrate even legacy or closed systems.

Why not just use Zapier?

Zapier is great for simple integrations. But it has limitations: you're dependent on their connectors, complex logic is hard to build, error handling is basic, and costs scale with usage. For critical business processes, custom integrations are often more reliable and cost-effective. That said, we sometimes use Zapier when it's the right fit.

How do you handle errors or failed syncs?

We build in monitoring, alerting, and retry logic. When something fails, you get notified with details about what went wrong. Most transient errors are retried automatically. For data issues that need human review, we create exception queues so nothing falls through the cracks.

What about data security?

We follow security best practices. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use OAuth and secure credentials management. We can build integrations that run in your environment if needed. For healthcare, finance, and other regulated industries, we design with compliance in mind.

How long does it take to build an integration?

Simple integrations (two systems, straightforward data sync) take 1-2 weeks. Complex integrations with multiple systems, business logic, and error handling take 4-8 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline after understanding your requirements.
